POSITION SUMMARY:
The Aquatics Director supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. This full-time position supports the Aquatics team by developing and managing all aquatics-related activities including swim lessons, water exercise, lifeguard supervision and training, and specialty aquatic programs.

SALARY:
Minimum starting salary of $45,000 annually
Starting salary based on experience
SCHEDULE:
Full-time days
Monday-Friday
Flexibility around weekends and training required

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Extended periods of time working at PC and/or laptop, often with repetitive keyboarding movement.
