AR Accountant

We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Accountant ( for our client) to manage and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring timely payments and resolving discrepancies. You'll work closely with the accounts and tax team to optimize accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Invoicing and Billing: Generate and distribute accurate invoices, manage recurring billing schedules, and update customer records.
• Analyze aging trends meticulously, identifying high-risk accounts and implementing prompt mitigation actions.
• Collaborated cross-functionally to resolve complex customer billing disputes, accelerating payment receipts.
• Maintenance of customer master data, verifying credit terms and security documentation. Record and apply customer payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies.
• Execute precise reconciliation of customer payments against invoices, maintaining exceptional ledger integrity. Generate and distribute accurate invoices, manage recurring billing schedules, and update customer records. Monitored accounts closely, initiating follow-up actions that significantly improved collection timeframes.
• Comprehensive receivable management: using aging analytics for proactive collection strategy execution. Develop insightful reports on AR status, providing key data for management review and strategic planning.
• Audit and Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, financial regulations, and internal controls.
• Minimizing bad debt provisions through effective credit control measures applied.
• Streamline AR processes by identifying bottlenecks and suggesting enhancements for operational efficiency
