Job Summary:

Looking for experienced AR Callers with knowledge in US Healthcare (RCM). The role involves calling insurance companies, resolving claim-related issues, and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to insurance companies for claims follow-up.

Resolve denials, rejections, and pending claims.

Maintain proper documentation on patient accounts.

Meet productivity and quality standards.

Requirements:

Graduate in any field.

2–3 years of AR Calling experience in US Healthcare RCM.

Good English communication skills.

Flexible to work in night shifts.
