AR Caller – Experienced (Night Shift | Immediate Joiners)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced AR Callers to join our revenue cycle management (RCM) team at TIDEL Park, Coimbatore. The ideal candidate will have experience in insurance follow-up, denial management, and claim resolution for US healthcare accounts. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform AR follow-up with insurance companies to ensure timely claim reimbursement.
• Resolve denials, rejections, pending claims, and underpayments.
• Accurately document calls and updates in the system, following HIPAA and compliance standards.
• Escalate recurring issues, payer trends, and workflow inconsistencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams for proper claim submission and corrections.
• Achieve daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain knowledge of US healthcare, CPT/HCPCS codes, and payer guidelines.

Required Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an AR Caller in US Medical Billing / RCM.
• Strong knowledge of insurance follow-up, denials, appeals, and claim resolution.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently in night shift hours.
• Experience with billing software and RCM tools (Athena, eClinicalWorks, Epic, etc.) preferred.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage high call volumes with accuracy.
