Job Description

We are looking for an experienced AR Caller to join our US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team. The role involves interacting with US insurance companies, following up on unpaid or denied claims, and ensuring timely and accurate resolution of accounts receivable.

Key Responsibilities

• Call US-based insurance companies to follow up on pending, unpaid, or denied claims
• Ensure timely and accurate AR follow-ups to maximize collections
• Handle patient billing queries and verify/correct insurance details
• Perform cash posting, adjustments, and write-offs as per process guidelines
• Maintain strict HIPAA & PHI compliance at all times
• Update systems with accurate claim status and documentation
• Support end-to-end medical billing and AR processes

Experience:

• Minimum 2 year of AR Caller experience in US Healthcare RCM (Mandatory)

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written English communication
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Comfortable managing work queues and follow-ups

• Immediate joiners preferred
• Willingness to work in US night shifts
