Responsibilities:

• Creating invoices for outbound loads
• Applying incoming cash
• Monitoring and collecting open A/R
• Other duties as assigned

General Requirements:

• Candidate must have 1-2 years accounting experience
• Candidate preferably has work experience with an accounting or ERP software
• Qualified candidates will be proficient in Excel, Word, & Outlook
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Must be able to follow directions and ask for help when needed

Candidate must be able to work independently with minimal oversight

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• Accounting: 2 years (Preferred)
