AR Executive

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated AR (Accounts Receivable) Executive to join our US Medical Billing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing insurance claims, following up on outstanding accounts, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze unpaid or denied insurance claims.
• Follow up with insurance companies regarding claim status and payment issues.
• Resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments.
• Perform timely follow-up on outstanding accounts receivable.
• Document all actions taken on accounts in the billing system.
• Identify billing issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
• Meet productivity and quality targets set by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 06 months of experience in US Medical Billing AR.
• Good understanding of insurance claim processes, denials, and appeals.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and medical billing software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
