Atlantis Tech is hiring experienced AR Follow-Up & Denial Management Executives for our US Healthcare RCM operations.

If you have hands-on experience in:

• Insurance Follow-Ups
• Denial Resolution
• Revenue Recovery
• Appeals & Reconsiderations
• EOB Analysis
• US Medical Billing (RCM)

Core Responsibilities:

• Handle AR follow-ups on unpaid and underpaid claims
• Work on denied and rejected claims
• Submit appeals and ensure timely reimbursement
• Communicate with US insurance companies
• Review EOBs and ERA reports
• Maintain accurate billing documentation
• Achieve daily and monthly recovery targets

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in US Medical Billing (AR / RCM)
• Strong knowledge of Denial Management & Insurance Calling
• Good understanding of CPT/ICD codes
• Experience with Kareo, AdvancedMD, Athena, DrChrono (Plus)
• Strong English communication skills

Candidates with experience across multiple specialties will be preferred.
