Cyber System is a fast-growing healthcare outsourcing company providing revenue cycle management and medical billing services to healthcare providers across the United States. We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented AR Medical Billing Executives to join our growing team.

Job Summary

The AR Medical Billing Executive will be responsible for managing insurance claim follow-ups, resolving denials, processing appeals, and ensuring timely reimbursement from insurance companies. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, analytical abilities, and a good understanding of medical billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on outstanding insurance claims through calls and payer portals.
• Investigate and resolve denied, rejected, or underpaid claims.
• Prepare and submit claim appeals when required.
• Review Explanation of Benefits (EOBs) and Electronic Remittance Advice (ERAs).
• Communicate with insurance representatives regarding claim status and payment issues.
• Maintain accurate records of account activities and claim updates.
• Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
• Utilize billing software, payer portals, and MS Excel for reporting and account management.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and company policies.

RequirementsEducation

• Bachelor's degree (Graduation completed).

Experience

• Fresh candidates with excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.
• Prior experience in Medical Billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), Authorization, or US Healthcare is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with medical billing software and payer portals is a plus.
