- Manage and grow relationships with Arabic-speaking clients across assigned markets
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions and recommendations
- Handle client onboarding, account setup, and ongoing support
- Maintain regular communication in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Develop account plans to achieve sales targets and increase revenue
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, support) to ensure client satisfaction
- Monitor account performance and prepare reports for management
- Resolve client issues and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and renewals when required
- Stay updated on market trends within Arabic-speaking regions
