Qatari business man is seeking to appoint a visionary Arab Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with strong leadership skills and a proven ability to drive sustainable growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company’s overall strategy to achieve short- and long-term goals.
• Lead and inspire teams while fostering a high-performance and innovative work environment.
• Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and excellence.
• Monitor financial performance, budgets, and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders.
• Represent the company with government entities, media, and investors.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum of 10 years of senior management experience, including at least 5 years in an executive leadership role.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Solid understanding of financial management and resource allocation.
• Proficiency in both English.
