Job Summary
We are seeking a patient-focused professional to manage the full patient journey inside our medical center while supporting mobile video content creation for social media.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with patients from registration through consultation, payment, and post-visit
• Ensure a smooth, welcoming, and personalized patient experience
• Build long-term relationships to encourage repeat visits
• Capture short videos/photos using a mobile phone (doctors, treatments, clinic moments)
• Suggest content ideas and coordinate with the marketing team
• Maintain patient privacy and obtain consent for all content

Requirements

• Experience in patient relations, healthcare, hospitality, or customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable shooting videos using a smartphone
• Creative mindset with basic social media knowledge
• Professional attitude and appearance
• Fluent in English
