Arab social media account manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and organized Arab Social Media Account Manager to manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate understands Arab culture, trends, and online behavior, and can create engaging content — including shooting short-form videos on a smartphone.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Facebook, X/Twitter, YouTube).
• Create engaging Arabic content that fits each platform.
• Shoot, edit, and publish high-quality videos using a mobile phone.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
• Monitor social media trends, especially within Arab markets, and generate ideas that resonate with the audience.
• Respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a professional and culturally appropriate manner.
• Track analytics and prepare performance reports.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to maintain consistent brand identity.
• Stay up to date with new features, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with strong communication skills.
• Proven experience managing social media accounts (portfolio required).
• Ability to shoot and edit videos on a smartphone (TikTok, Reels, or Shorts).
• Strong understanding of Arab social trends, humor, and pop culture.
• Basic knowledge of video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, VN, etc.).
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with brands targeting Arab audiences.
• Graphic design knowledge (Canva or similar tools).
• Basic photography and lighting skills.
• Ability to appear on camera (optional, depending on role).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to QAR2,500.00 per month
