Arab Speaker - Content Creator & UGC Producer (Adobe + Social-First)

Hashtag Department Store leading Concept Store in Dubai Mall is looking for Experienced, Creative maker-doer who plans, shoots, edits, and publishes short-form video and visuals daily; builds a UGC creator program; and supplies high-performing assets for organic and paid channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production: Shoot & edit Reels/TikToks, stories, product demos, testimonials, BTS/in-store content; add captions/subtitles; export to platform specs (9:16, 1:1, 16:9).
• UGC Program: Source micro-creators, craft briefs, manage product sends, secure usage/whitelisting rights, collect and organize assets, track performance.
• Creative Ideation: Turn promos, launches, and retail moments into thumb-stopping concepts with strong hooks and CTAs.
• Publishing: Write on-brand captions; schedule to content calendar; coordinate with paid team for best-performing variants.
• On-site/Live: Run IG/TikTok Lives; quick interviews/vox pops; capture customer/brand moments.
• Long Form Content Writer: Able to write blogs and other long form.
• Asset Management: Maintain tagged content library; hand off organized files for ads, email, and CRM.
• Compliance: Obtain consents; follow brand guidelines and UAE retail norms.

Tools & Tech (Adobe added)

• Adobe Creative Cloud: Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, Audition (plus Adobe Express for quick turnarounds).
• Additional: CapCut, Final Cut Pro (optional), Canva, mobile-first shooting tools, teleprompter apps, captioning/subtitle workflows.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio/reel of short-form content (links required).
• Confident shooting on phone + mirrorless; lighting and sound basics.
• Proven UGC experience (creator sourcing, briefing, rights).
• English fluency; Arabic a plus.
• Comfortable filming in-store and turning edits around quickly.

KPIs

• Content velocity & on-time delivery (planned vs. published)
• Views, watch time/retention, saves & shares
• UGC throughput (creators onboarded, cost/asset, usage rate)
• Asset contribution to paid performance and conversions.
