Arabic Admin –Garment & Uniform Factory

Good day, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Arabic Admin to join our uniform and textile manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Arabic (written and spoken) and will be responsible for managing daily administrative operations, coordinating with government authorities, and supporting production, sales, and management teams . This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced factory environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice & Administrative Management

  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including maintaining records, files, and documentation .
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls in both Arabic and English .
  • Coordinate with production, sales, and procurement teams to ensure smooth workflow between office and factory floor .
  • Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors .

Government Relations & PRO Support

  • Liaise with government ministries including Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Commerce, and Ministry of Interior for visa processing, QID applications, and renewals .
  • Assist in processing employee work permits, medical examinations, and health cards .
  • Ensure compliance with all local regulatory requirements .

HR & Administrative Support

  • Assist in HR functions such as attendance tracking, payroll preparation support, and recruitment coordination .
  • Maintain employee records and contracts .
  • Support the onboarding process for new hires .

Communication & Coordination

  • Act as a key liaison between Arabic-speaking staff, clients, and management .
  • Translate documents and communications as needed .
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements .

Compliance & Process Improvement

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Qatar Labor Law .
  • Implement and improve office systems to increase efficiency .

Qualifications & RequirementsEducation

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred .
  • Diploma with relevant experience will be considered .

Experience

  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in an administrative role .
  • Experience in the manufacturing, textile, or industrial sector is preferred .
  • Previous PRO or government relations experience in Qatar is highly desirable .

Language Proficiency

  • Arabic: Native or fluent (written and spoken) – mandatory for government dealings and internal communication .
  • English: Professional proficiency (written and spoken) – required for reporting and communication with management .
