Arabic Call Center Executive

We are looking for a FEMALE ARABIC CALL CENTER to join our team.

Your main responsibility is to call new leads immediately, provide basic DENTAL AND AESTHETIC information, and convert inquiries into booked appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contact new leads as soon as they arrive
• Convert leads into confirmed appointments
• Provide basic dental information (implants, veneers, cleaning, aligners, etc.)
• Follow up with potential patients
• Maintain accurate lead and booking records
• Coordinate with the front desk and dental team
• Deliver professional and friendly communication at all times

Requirements:

• Fresh graduate dentist (no prior experience needed)
• Arabic speaker – mandatory
• Own visa – mandatory
• Strong communication and people skills
• Confident, proactive, and fast in calling
• Good command of English
• Ability to explain treatments in simple terms
• Willing to learn and grow

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
