We are looking for a female Arabic-speaking + English call center agent with to join our team. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

• Call new leads immediately and convert them into booked appointments
• Provide basic information about dental and aesthetic treatments
• Follow up with potential patients
• Maintain lead and booking records
• Coordinate with front desk and dental team

Requirements:

• Arabic speaker (mandatory)
• Good English communication skills
• Confident, proactive, and good with people
• Willing to learn and grow
• Full-time position

Pay: From AED3,000.00 per month
