Salary

• AED 3,000 – AED 4,000

We are looking for a Call Center Executive to join our aesthetic clinic team and handle patient communication and appointment bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and WhatsApp inquiries
• Book and manage patient appointments
• Provide basic information about clinic services and treatments
• Follow up with leads and existing patients
• Maintain accurate records of calls and bookings

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years experience in call center or clinic reception
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle calls professionally and manage bookings
• Arabic and English speaking preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
