Job Summary

Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality Arabic cuisine while ensuring authenticity, consistency, and adherence to the hotel’s luxury standards. Supports menu development and maintains high levels of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present traditional and contemporary Arabic dishes to 5-star standards.
  • Ensure consistency of taste, presentation, and portion control.
  • Assist in developing seasonal Arabic menus and special event offerings.
  • Maintain proper kitchen hygiene, HACCP standards, and food safety procedures.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
  • Train and guide junior chefs on Arabic culinary techniques.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Arabic Chef in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Levantine, Gulf, and Middle Eastern cuisines.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
