Job Summary
Responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality Arabic cuisine while ensuring authenticity, consistency, and adherence to the hotel’s luxury standards. Supports menu development and maintains high levels of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present traditional and contemporary Arabic dishes to 5-star standards.
- Ensure consistency of taste, presentation, and portion control.
- Assist in developing seasonal Arabic menus and special event offerings.
- Maintain proper kitchen hygiene, HACCP standards, and food safety procedures.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with ordering and inventory control.
- Train and guide junior chefs on Arabic culinary techniques.
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Arabic Chef in a luxury hotel or fine-dining environment.
- Strong knowledge of Levantine, Gulf, and Middle Eastern cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural kitchen.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Culinary diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
- Knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.
