I. Job Responsibilities 工作职责

  1. Escort Service 陪诊服务
  • Accompany Arabic clients throughout their medical visits, assist with procedure handling, and provide medical translation to ensure smooth medical treatment. 全程陪同阿拉伯客户就医,协助办理手续,提供医疗翻译,确保就医顺利。
  • Accompany clients during medical transportation to ensure transportation safety. 陪同客户进行医疗转运,保障转运安全。


  1. Client Maintenance 客户维护
  • Keep in touch with Arabic clients online, conduct regular follow-ups, answer questions, and improve client satisfaction.通过线上方式与阿拉伯客户保持联系,定期回访,解答疑问,提升客户满意度。
  • Establish client files and record medical information and needs. 建立客户档案,记录就医信息和需求。
  • Channel and Client Management 渠道及客户管理
  • Expand Arabic client channels and seek potential client resources. 拓展阿拉伯客户渠道,寻找潜在客户资源。
  • Maintain existing client channels and keep good relationships with partners. 维护现有客户渠道,保持与合作伙伴的良好关系。
  • Maintain channels such as international schools/union activities and provide training support. 国际学校/工会活动等渠道维护及培训支持。


  1. Other Tasks 其他工作
  • Assist in completing other tasks related to Arabic clients. 协助完成与阿拉伯客户相关的其他任务。
  • Report work progress regularly and put forward improvement suggestions. 定期汇报工作进展,提出改进建议。


II. Job Requirements 任职要求

  1. Arabs are preferred, with fluent Arabic and fluent Chinese communication skills. 阿拉伯人优先,流利的阿拉伯语和流利的中文沟通能力。
  2. Full-time college degree or above, no major restriction, and medical-related majors are preferred. 全日制大专及以上学历,专业不限,医学相关专业加分。
  3. Good customer service awareness and communication skills, with customer management and service experience preferred. 良好的客户服务意识和沟通能力,有客户管理、服务经验优先。
  4. Teamwork: Good team collaboration spirit. 团队合作:良好的团队协作精神。
