Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented Arabic-speaking Client Success & Business Coordinator to support our growing portfolio of Arabic-speaking doctors, clinics, and healthcare clients across the UAE .

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys speaking with clients, managing relationships, coordinating sales and project activities, and ensuring that Arabic communication and content are accurate, professional, and culturally appropriate.

The candidate will act as a bridge between clients, the sales team, and internal execution teams including content creators, designers, video editors, and marketing specialists.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Act as the main point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients.
• Communicate with doctors, clinics, and healthcare clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, and meetings.
• Understand client requirements and clearly communicate them to internal teams.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinic owners, and healthcare professionals.
• Follow up with clients for feedback, approvals, updates, and pending requirements.

Sales Coordination & Business Development Support

• Coordinate with incoming leads and conduct initial conversations with potential clients.
• Explain Medigrow’s services, packages, and marketing solutions to prospective clients.
• Schedule discovery calls, client meetings, and follow-up discussions.
• Prepare and share proposals, quotations, service agreements, and related documents.
• Coordinate invoices and follow up on client approvals and payments.
• Maintain accurate lead and client records in CRM systems or internal tracking sheets.

Arabic Content Review & Quality Assurance

• Review Arabic content before it is shared with clients.
• Check Arabic translations for accuracy, tone, grammar, and cultural relevance.
• Review Arabic subtitles for video content.
• Validate Arabic social media posts, creatives, advertisements, captions, and marketing materials.
• Ensure all Arabic communication maintains a professional healthcare tone.
• Make sure content is suitable for doctors, clinics, and healthcare audiences.

Operations & Reporting

• Support management with daily coordination related to Arabic-speaking clients.
• Help improve workflows for Arabic client servicing and content approval processes.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker with excellent written and spoken Arabic.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, account management, sales coordination, business coordination, or project coordination.
• Experience in healthcare, marketing agencies, advertising agencies, or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable speaking with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks at the same time.
• Good attention to detail, especially while reviewing Arabic content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare marketing or the healthcare industry.
• Experience handling Arabic-speaking clients in the UAE or GCC market.
• Basic understanding of social media, digital marketing, branding, and content production workflows.
• Experience coordinating with creative teams such as designers, writers, videographers, or editors.

Work Location & Availability

This is a hybrid role based in Dubai Healthcare City.

In-office presence will be required during clinic shoots, studio shoots, client meetings, and team collaboration days.

Candidates must be based in Dubai or willing to reliably commute to Dubai Healthcare City when required.
