Arabic Coffee and Tea Maker

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and attentive Arabic Coffee & Tea Maker to prepare and serve traditional Arabic coffee (Gahwa) and a variety of teas. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of authentic preparation methods, maintain high standards of hygiene, and provide excellent hospitality to guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve traditional Arabic coffee (Gahwa) and different types of tea
• Roast, grind, and brew coffee according to traditional methods
• Ensure proper presentation and serving etiquette in line with cultural standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee/tea preparation area
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, tea, and related supplies
• Ensure all equipment is clean, functional, and well-maintained
• Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Arabic coffee or tea maker is preferred
• Knowledge of traditional Arabic coffee preparation techniques
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Presentable, well-groomed, and hospitable
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of hygiene and food safety standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in hospitality, hotels, or VIP service
• Familiarity with different regional coffee and tea styles

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
