Arabic Content Creators in Digital Marketing Agency

We are a growing marketing agency looking for a talented Content Creator with 3–4 years of experience to join our marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content across digital platforms to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support our clients’ marketing goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, write, and edit engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Create multimedia content (graphics, reels, videos, stories, presentations) aligned with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to plan content calendars and campaigns.
• Research industry-related topics, trends, and competitor activities to generate fresh content ideas.
• Optimize content for SEO and social media performance.
• Monitor content performance (engagement, reach, conversions) and recommend improvements.
• Assist in brainstorming creative campaign concepts for clients in various industries.
• Ensure consistency of brand voice, tone, and messaging across all platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or in a similar role (preferably in a marketing/advertising agency).
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Basic knowledge of SEO, social media algorithms, and content analytics.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
