Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the in UAE
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Good organizational and time management skills

Duties and responsibilities

  • -Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • -Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • -Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • -Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • -Answer customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications.
  • -Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product features and benefits.
  • -Assists customers with order modifications, returns, and account management.
  • -Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • -Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • -Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
