Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the in UAE
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Good organizational and time management skills
Duties and responsibilities
- -Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- -Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- -Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- -Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- -Answer customer inquiries about product availability, pricing, delivery schedules, and specifications.
- -Provide accurate and up-to-date information on product features and benefits.
- -Assists customers with order modifications, returns, and account management.
- -Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- -Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- -Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
