Exciting Opportunity: Personal Assistant / Business Manager – Abu Dhabi
About the Client
A leading Abu Dhabi group specializing in tobacco, nicotine products, and beverages is launching a new tobacco manufacturing facility and is seeking a skilled Personal Assistant / Business Manager.
Role Overview
Support a high-profile individual across administration, operations, HR coordination, banking, and investment-related tasks. The role requires strong ownership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Key Responsibilities
– Manage scheduling, travel, documents, visa processes, and communication with government entities.
– Coordinate HR tasks, onboarding, contracts, and PRO interactions.
– Handle bank visits, document preparation, and compliance follow-ups.
– Conduct research and initial assessments for investment opportunities (warehouses, logistics, FMCG, real estate).
– Prepare reports, summaries, and track ongoing tasks and deadlines.
– Liaise with suppliers, developers, and service providers.
Requirements
– Strong knowledge of UAE regulations (visas, banking, licensing, certifications).
– Experience in administration, operations, HR coordination, or business support.
– Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
– Ability to work independently and handle confidential matters.
– UAE driving license preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
