Accurately measure and mix ingredients (flour, water, yeast, salt, etc.) to prepare dough according to traditional or specific recipe.
Knead, ferment, and portion dough, mastering techniques specific to thin, soft saj and saff breads.
Roll or stretch dough balls into the desired thinness and shape, using specialized tools or by hand.
Operate and monitor the saj (convex griddle) or saff oven, adjusting temperatures to ensure even and consistent baking, and manually flipping the dough as needed.
Inspect the appearance, texture, and taste of all finished products to ensure they meet high-quality standards and specific customer expectations.
Monitor raw material stock levels, assist with ordering supplies, and ensure proper rotation and storage of ingredients to minimize waste.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, adhering strictly to all food safety and health regulations.
Ensure all baking equipment, including mixers, ovens, and the saj/saff surfaces, are cleaned and maintained properly.
Greet customers, take special orders, answer product questions, and potentially offer samples to promote items.

Pay: RO200.000 - RO300.000 per month
