Job Description

We are a well-established medical & aesthetic clinic in Dubai looking for a Call Center Cold Calling Agent to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, target-driven, and experienced in booking appointments through outbound calls.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to potential patients
• Promote clinic services and offers professionally
• Book and confirm appointments for doctors and therapists
• Follow up with leads and maintain call records
• Achieve daily and monthly booking targets
• Handle basic patient inquiries and objections
• Coordinate with the front desk and management team

Requirements

• Previous experience in call center / cold calling (clinic or healthcare experience is a plus)
• Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Confident, persuasive, and results-oriented
• Ability to work with targets and KPIs
• Basic computer skills (CRM or Excel is a plus)
• Professional phone etiquette
