Position Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic Supervisor to manage daily operations and lead our clinical staff. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient patient flow, uphold high standards of care, and maintain compliance with all health regulations. Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management: Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient scheduling, registration, and flow to optimize efficiency.
• Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and supervise nurses, medical assistants, and administrative staff. Conduct performance evaluations.
• Compliance & Quality: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and safety standards (e.g., DOH,MOHRE,MOH).
• Patient Care Support: Address patient complaints, manage concerns, and ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Administrative/Inventory: Monitor inventory, order medical supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
• Reporting & Metrics: Track operational metrics, analyze performance reports, and implement improvements.
