We're Hiring: Arabic-Speaking Female Sales Executive

Join our fast-growing team at Future Fit EMS. We’re looking for a results-driven Arabic-speaking Female Sales Executive with strong communication skills and a passion for health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve monthly sales targets by generating retail and corporate leads
• Drive new business through telesales, referrals, cold calls, and corporate visits
• Handle B2B sales: send quotations, negotiate, and close deals
• Actively pursue sales opportunities via calls, social media, and networking
• Manage CRM: track leads, follow-ups, bookings, and confirmation emails
• Represent the brand with a professional, positive, and client-focused approach

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication in Arabic and English
• Passion for fitness and wellness
• Computer skills: Word, Excel, Internet
• Team player with high energy and attention to detail
• Background in fitness or qualification in Fitness Science is a plus

Compensation:
Salary + commission (negotiated post-interview with shortlisted candidates)
