Arabic female receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Experience: Greet, check-in, and register patients, ensuring a welcoming environment.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule, confirm, and reschedule appointments using phone, email, or clinic software.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle incoming calls, manage correspondence, and maintain tidy reception areas.
  • Medical Records & Billing: Update patient data, process insurance claims, and manage payments.
  • Communication: Coordinate with doctors and nurses regarding patient schedules and arrivals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a medical, dental, or aesthetic clinic setting.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) and Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic ( Mandatory )
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to multitask, and maintain strict patient confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
