Job Type: FULL TIME

Role Overview: We are seeking an Arabic-speaking receptionist to join our front desk team. This role is the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring smooth appointment scheduling, accurate information handling, and a warm, professional welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients in Arabic and English, both in person and over the phone.
• Manage appointment bookings and confirmations.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update the system as required.
• Handle inquiries, provide clinic information, and guide patients to the appropriate services.
• Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Previous receptionist or front desk experience, preferably in a medical or clinic setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in basic computer applications (MS Office, appointment scheduling software).
• Professional appearance and demeanour.
