Al Faisal International Business and Security Services is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Arabic Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support to management and office operations. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, and handle confidential matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, translate, and proofread correspondence.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and official communications.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain managers’ calendars.
- Arrange managers’ travel requirements, including flight ticket bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation as required.
- Coordinate travel itineraries and ensure timely confirmations.
- Prepare minutes of meetings and follow up on action items.
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and hard copy).
- Prepare official letters, memos, and reports.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external parties.
- Perform general administrative and clerical duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Arabic Secretary or similar administrative role
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
- Professional attitude with high attention to detail
- with NOC.
