Now Hiring: Senior Film Producer – Dubai (Full-Time)

We are looking for a Senior Film Producer with over 10 years of proven experience in the film and advertising industry to join our dynamic creative team in Dubai. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with hands-on expertise across pre-production, production, and post-production, and a solid portfolio in TV commercials and branded content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all phases of film production — from concept development, budgeting, and casting to on-set execution and post-production delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Director and creative team to ensure the artistic and technical vision is achieved.
• Oversee shoot planning, production schedules, and crew coordination to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Supervise editing and final delivery, maintaining alignment with creative direction.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and deliverables with precision.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in the film or commercial production industry.
• Proven experience producing TV commercials, short films, or branded campaigns.
• Strong understanding of production workflows, budget management, and casting processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Age range: 30–40 years.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
