GPS Marketing Agency is looking for an Arabic Head of Creative with a strong digital agency background to lead client accounts, manage creative teams, and deliver full-scale marketing strategies that drive measurable results.
Only candidates currently based in Dubai or the UAE will be considered.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and grow client accounts with strong strategic oversight
- Lead and supervise the creative team (designers, videographers, editors) from briefing to final execution
- Oversee content plans, creatives, and all deliverables to ensure contract fulfillment
- Manage lead generation initiatives aligned with client objectives
- Create and present comprehensive marketing strategies (concept to execution)
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
- Act as the main bridge between clients and the internal team, understanding needs and ensuring smooth communication
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Design, or related field (Master’s is a plus)
- Fluent in Arabic and English with strong client-facing skills
- Minimum 4+ years in a digital marketing agency, leading creative teams and complex projects
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing, email marketing, copywriting, and UX
- Experience in real estate, clinics, or education sectors is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail
