Arabic Language Sales Consultant

Score Plus - Language School in Dubai is looking for an Education Counselors - Arabic Speaking to join our team with strong business development and marketing skills to bring in new business. Should work with minimal supervision and be able to manage his/her own / existing caseload.

Responsibilities:

The Language sales consultant is responsible for providing information, advice, support, and processing of applications for international students seeking placement in education institutions in UAE By promoting products and services directly to students the Education Counselor is responsible for supporting the achievement of office/country sales performance targets. The counselor will also provide support and referral for students with issues other than placement, ultimately ensuring the delivery of outstanding customer service.

Qualification / Specification:

o Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

o Fluent in English and Arabic

o Experience of working in a sales-driven environment with a strong focus on achieving individual sales targets preferably in languages institutes and team-based targets will be an advantage.

o Knowledge of education institutions, admission processes, immigration requirements, and their international operations.

o Outstanding communication skills and able to communicate effectively with different

stakeholders with varying needs (students, parents, institution representatives, colleagues, etc.).

o Excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.

o Customer-focused, with a passion for providing outstanding service.

o Highly effective relationship building and relationship management skills.

o Effective team worker, supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the overall team’s success.

o Ability to proactively identify, analyze and solve problems effectively.

o Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions and act with integrity, in the best interests of the company.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
