Job Title: Arabic Language Teacher (Full-Time)

Location: MBZ City, Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Role:
ATHAR Academy for Training and Development is seeking a dedicated and experienced Arabic Language Teacher to join our team on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will be capable of teaching Arabic language skills to students of different ages and levels, from foundation and literacy skills to advanced language proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging Arabic language lessons for children, teenagers, and adults.
• Teach reading, writing, grammar, spelling, comprehension, and communication skills.
• Assess students’ academic levels and develop suitable learning plans.
• Prepare lesson plans, educational materials, and assessment tools.
• Support students in overcoming language weaknesses and improving academic performance.
• Prepare students for school exams and academic assessments.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to students and parents.
• Create a positive, motivating, and student-centered learning environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Arabic Language.
• Proven experience teaching Arabic language to different age groups.
• Strong ability to teach Arabic from foundation level through advanced levels.
• Experience in literacy development, reading and writing skills, spelling, grammar, and language intervention programs.
• Ability to support students with academic challenges and language weaknesses.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
• Passion for teaching and student development.
• Experience in educational centers or private tutoring is an advantage.

Employment Type: Full-Time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
