Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale cloud migration and modernization initiatives for our clients in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will possess strong program management expertise, extensive stakeholder management experience, and a proven track record of delivering complex technology transformation programs involving multiple vendors, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.

This role requires a self-driven professional who can independently manage client relationships, coordinate delivery teams, and ensure successful execution of cloud transformation projects with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end cloud migration and modernization programs.
• Develop program plans, governance structures, delivery roadmaps, and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate multiple project streams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
• Manage relationships with senior client stakeholders, executives, vendors, subcontractors, and third-party teams.
• Drive program governance, status reporting, issue resolution, and executive communications.
• Oversee resource planning, budget tracking, scope management, and delivery quality.
• Facilitate collaboration between business, technology, architecture, security, and operations teams.
• Ensure adherence to project management and agile delivery best practices.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans to ensure successful program outcomes.
• Support cloud adoption, transformation, and modernization initiatives across enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of overall experience in Program/Project Management.
• Significant experience delivering technology transformation programs within Saudi Arabia (local KSA experience is mandatory).
• Proven experience managing cloud migration and modernization projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing large-scale programs involving 10+ team members, subcontractors, and third-party vendors.
• Ability to work independently and confidently manage customer engagements with minimal oversight.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent.
• Agile certifications such as SAFe Scrum Master, SAFe Agilist, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or similar.
• Experience with cloud platforms:
• Google Cloud Platform (GCP) – Preferred
• Microsoft Azure
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Experience working within enterprise digital transformation environments.
