Al Saqr Al Jareh Auto Spare Parts is seeking to hire a Purchasing & Inventory Officer to manage purchasing activities and inventory control for auto spare parts, ensuring availability, accuracy, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage purchasing of auto spare parts based on demand and stock levels.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and competitive pricing.
  • Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliations.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on approvals and deliveries.
  • Identify slow-moving and fast-moving items and report accordingly.
  • Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in purchasing and inventory, preferably in auto spare parts.
  • Good knowledge of inventory control systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory software.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
