Arabic Receptionist & Accountant

Institution: Al Fajr Early Childhood Center

Language Requirements: Fluent Arabic & English (Mandatory)

Job Purpose

We are looking for a versatile and professional Receptionist & Accountant to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our families while ensuring the smooth financial and administrative operation of the center.

Key Responsibilities

1. Front Desk & Administration:

* Provide a warm, professional welcome to parents and visitors in both Arabic and English.

* Manage school tours, enrollments, and maintain student digital files.

* Handle phone inquiries and email correspondence with high efficiency.

2. Accounting & Finance:

* Manage tuition fee billing, collection, and follow-up on outstanding payments.

* Maintain accurate records of daily expenses and petty cash.

* Assist in monthly payroll processing and VAT record-keeping.

* Liaise with suppliers and handle procurement of school supplies.

Requirements

* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.

* Experience: At least 2 years of experience in the UAE, ideally in a school or nursery setting.

* Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Zoho, QuickBooks, etc.).

* Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in Arabic and English.

* Personality: Highly organized, trustworthy, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: AED3,500.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
