  • Proven experience working as a receptionist in a medical center in the UAE.
  • Knowledge of patient coordination, including handling inquiries, booking appointments, and processing medical insurance claims.
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly .
  • Warm and engaging presence.
  • Ability to multitask and manage front-desk operations efficiently.
  • Immediate availability to join.
  • Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

Accounting Skills:

  • Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
  • Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
  • Prepare and process invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers.
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and petty cash accounts.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management accounts.
  • Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting documents.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for financial queries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and UAE VAT requirements.
  • Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and schedules.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
