- Knowledge of patient coordination, including handling inquiries, booking appointments, and processing medical insurance claims.
- Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly .
- Warm and engaging presence.
- Ability to multitask and manage front-desk operations efficiently.
- Immediate availability to join.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Accounting Skills:
- Record day-to-day financial transactions and maintain accurate ledgers.
- Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense claims, and payment vouchers.
- Reconcile bank statements, supplier statements, and petty cash accounts.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and management accounts.
- Maintain proper filing and organization of accounting documents.
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for financial queries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial regulations, and UAE VAT requirements.
- Provide support during audits by preparing documentation and schedules.
