Arabic Receptionist/Marketing Assistant

Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional and personable Arabic-speaking Receptionist to manage front desk responsibilities and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for the company, ensuring a warm and efficient welcome for visitors and clients while maintaining smooth office operations. Supporting our marketing team in daily administrative tasks, campaign coordination, and content creation. Should be creative, organized, and familiar with modern marketing tools and techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner (in Arabic and English).
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls.
  • Manage the reception area, keeping it tidy and presentable.
  • Maintain appointment schedules and coordinate meeting room bookings.
  • Translate basic documents and assist with Arabic-English communication when required.
  • Support basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
  • Provide general information about the company to walk-in clients and callers.
  • Assist with document preparation and customer service inquiries in Arabic.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, content, and presentations.
  • Manage and update the company’s website and social media platforms in Arabic and English.
  • Support email marketing, social media campaigns, and online advertising.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Maintain and update marketing databases and customer relationship systems (CRM).
  • Track marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • With minimum 2 years experience in marketing and in reception.
  • Bilingual (Arabic and English) with strong writing and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative mindset and the ability to work under deadlines.
