Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers at the kiosk and provide a warm, professional first impression.
• Explain the benefits of buying/investing in gold through Save in Gold’s app and services.
• Guide customers on how to use the app, create accounts, and complete transactions.
• Upsell gold products and promotional packages where relevant.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Handle basic customer service inquiries and escalate more complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain kiosk cleanliness, stock levels, and display appeal.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
• Record customer feedback and provide suggestions to improve product and service offerings.

Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Languages: Arabic, English.
• Experience: 1+ year in retail sales, customer service, or luxury goods is preferred.
• Appearance: Well-groomed, presentable, and confident in a high-end retail setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy, comfortable guiding customers through an app-based service.
• Must be willing to work mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
