Key Responsibilities
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and retail customers. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the management team to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
- Sales Reporting and CRM: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and plans. Utilise CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales leads, and pipeline management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive sales and customer satisfaction approach. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
- Negotiation and Closing Deals: Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements. Close deals promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction and value for both parties.
