Overview

A chieve and exceed sales targets through effective planning, execution, and follow-up. Implement sales strategies to penetrate corporate accounts and expand retail presence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and retail customers. Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the features and benefits of our products/services. Effectively communicate product information to potential customers and address inquiries.
  • Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide feedback to the management team to adapt strategies and stay competitive.
  • Sales Reporting and CRM: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and plans. Utilise CRM systems to track customer interactions, sales leads, and pipeline management.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a cohesive sales and customer satisfaction approach. Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional activities with sales objectives.
  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Conduct negotiations with clients to secure profitable agreements. Close deals promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction and value for both parties.

  • Proven track record in corporate and retail sales.

Qualifications
