Arabic Site Engineer – Interior & Fit-Out

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Arabic Site Engineer with strong experience in interior finishing and fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing on-site operations, coordinating with subcontractors, ensuring quality standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities for interior and fit-out works
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and subcontractors
• Ensure work is executed according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
• Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control compliance
• Manage materials, manpower, and site logistics
• Resolve technical issues and provide on-site solutions
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• 4 years of experience in interior and fit-out projects
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Strong knowledge of finishing works and site coordination
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and AutoCAD

Preferred:

• Experience in commercial, retail, hospitality, or residential fit-out projects
• Driver's license
