Arabic Social Media Manager & Content Creator (Full-Time)

We are looking for a creative Arabic Social Media Manager & Content Creator who knows how to tell stories that make people want to travel.

This role combines content creation, social media strategy, paid campaigns, SEO, and analytics. You will be responsible for turning travel offers, destinations, and experiences into content that inspires, engages, and converts.

If you understand both how to create scroll-stopping content and how to turn it into bookings through ads and optimization, this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and manage social media content in Arabic and English
• Turn travel deals, destinations, and experiences into engaging posts, reels, stories, and captions
• Build and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and more
• Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads)
• Apply SEO best practices to content and website/blog pages
• Analyze performance using analytics tools and optimize for engagement and conversions
• Develop monthly content calendars and campaign ideas around travel seasons and trends
• Use storytelling to emotionally connect audiences with travel experiences
• Stay on top of trends in travel content and social media formats

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (essential)
• Proven experience in social media management and content creation
• Strong storytelling and travel-related copywriting skills
• Experience running and optimizing paid social media and Google campaigns
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization
• Experience with analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.)
• Creative thinker with strong execution skills
• Organized, proactive, and performance-oriented

Nice to Have

• Experience in the travel or tourism industry
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, Adobe, etc.)
• Experience working with influencers or travel creators
