Location: Al Sadd, Doha, Qatar
Working Hours: Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM–5 PM (Friday & Saturday off)

About Taqnia

Taqnia is a creative digital agency offering social media management, branding, photography, and content creation for high-level clients. We're looking for a Senior Social Media Specialist who can take the lead on planning, managing, and executing social media strategies and creative content with confidence and excellence.

Requirements

• Must be a native Arabic speaker and Must write professional Arabic.
• Must have experience working in a social media agency or digital marketing agency with strong clients.
• Must have a valid Qatar Residency Permit (RP).
• Must be professional in English writing and speaking
• Background in managing social media accounts and running paid promotions.
• Familiar with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing tools.
• Comfortable with tools like Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite.
• Having a car is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Writing and editing content for social media posts, ads, and captions.
• Planning and scheduling content using tools like Meta Scheduler or SocialBee.
• Responding to messages, comments, and inquiries on social platforms.
• Monitoring performance and engagement, and adjusting strategies accordingly.
• Preparing monthly reports for clients on performance, reach, and ad results.
• Creating content for company profiles, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Supporting ad copy and brand messaging across campaigns.

Creative Direction

• Creating mood boards to plan photoshoot themes, styling, and visual direction.
• Presenting creative concepts to clients and gathering feedback.
• Planning and organizing content calendars aligned with campaign goals.
• Supervising photoshoots and guiding photographers to capture the right visuals.
• Choosing shoot locations, props, and styling elements to match brand identity.
• Coordinating with designers, photographers, and videographers on creative direction.
• Reviewing and selecting final shots, and working with editors to finalize visuals.

Content Creation Support

• Tasks related to creating content for social media and publications, including writing blog articles, company profile content, video ideas and storyboards, and content for social media posts.
