• Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and courteously.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
• Handle customer complaints efficiently, ensuring issues are resolved on the first contact whenever possible.
