Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Arabic for UAE-based clients.
  • Understand customer queries, concerns, and requests, and provide accurate resolutions.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity while dealing with UAE customers.
  • Record customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
  • Follow defined scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines for the UAE region.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalated issues.
  • Provide product/service information clearly and effectively in Arabic.
  • Meet performance KPIs including AHT, quality, CSAT, and attendance.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvement and report recurring issues.
  • Ensure confidentiality of customer information as per UAE compliance and company policy.
  • Participate in training sessions related to language, product knowledge, and soft skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
