Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Arabic for UAE-based clients.
- Understand customer queries, concerns, and requests, and provide accurate resolutions.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and cultural sensitivity while dealing with UAE customers.
- Record customer interactions and update CRM systems accurately.
- Follow defined scripts, processes, and compliance guidelines for the UAE region.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve escalated issues.
- Provide product/service information clearly and effectively in Arabic.
- Meet performance KPIs including AHT, quality, CSAT, and attendance.
- Identify opportunities for service improvement and report recurring issues.
- Ensure confidentiality of customer information as per UAE compliance and company policy.
- Participate in training sessions related to language, product knowledge, and soft skills.
