Job Overview

We are looking for a passionate Arabic-speaking Sales Executive to manage incoming customer enquiries on WhatsApp Business and convert them into sales. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and a natural ability to create a warm, premium experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming WhatsApp messages promptly and professionally in Arabic and English.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable bouquets or gift options.
• Send product photos, offers, and customized options through WhatsApp.
• Convert chats into confirmed orders and coordinate with the preparation and delivery teams.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful, and luxury tone in all conversations.
• Follow up on leads, special occasions, and repeat customers to drive loyalty.
• Record daily sales activity and report to the manager.
• Support marketing campaigns by engaging with leads generated from Instagram, TikTok, and Meta ads.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Arabic speaker (Emirati dialect preferred).
• Strong written and spoken English communication.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service (flowers, gifting, or luxury products preferred).
• Confident in using WhatsApp Business, social media chats, and CRM tools.
• Positive attitude, persuasive personality, and passion for gifting & design.
• Availability for flexible working hours, including weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualities

• Familiarity with UAE gifting culture and customer expectations.
• Creative eye for recommending bouquet styles and color combinations.
• Fast responder and problem solver under pressure
