Job Summary

DIGI Training and Development Institution in Dubai is seeking an experienced and dynamic Arabic-Speaking Digital Marketing Trainer to deliver practical, industry-focused training programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on digital marketing experience and the ability to teach and mentor students and professionals in Arabic.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and practical digital marketing training sessions in Arabic.
• Teach key areas of digital marketing, including:
• Social Media Marketing
• Content Marketing
• SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
• Google Ads
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Advertising
• Email Marketing
• Marketing Analytics
• Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and assessments.
• Guide learners through real-world marketing projects and case studies.
• Support students in developing digital marketing portfolios and campaigns.
• Create an interactive and motivating learning environment.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing training or industry practice.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms.
• Experience managing social media campaigns and paid advertising.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Must be based in Dubai.
• KHDA approval is an advantage (or willingness to apply).

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar.
• Experience teaching at training institutes, universities, or corporate training environments.
• Knowledge of AI tools for digital marketing is an added advantage.
